How to Make It

Step 1

All the components of the dough are placed in the kneader, except for water, and it is added gradually during the kneading until the dough becomes in the shape of a ball. Continue kneading for 4-5 minutes, then cover the dough and leave for an hour to ferment

Step 2

We put the pizza stone in the oven an hour before baking, to heat well on the middle rack Cut the dough into 2 or 4 pieces, depending on the size of the required pizza

Step 3

Spread the semolina and flour mixture on a clean surface and spread the dough in a circular shape

Step 4

Put a portion of tomatoes and on top 1-2 pieces of mozzarella cheese, cut it in medium pieces and distribute it over the pizza and brush the sides with olive oil

Step 5

We put the pizza in the oven on the pizza stone and raise the rack to the top under the grill and bake the pizza for 10 minutes or until the bottom and surface turns red

Step 6

Take out the pizza, add dried meat, watercress, parmesan slices, sprinkle fresh black pepper and serve hot

  • 1 Daucy Whole Peeled Tomato Can - 383g
  • 1/4 cup Wadi Food Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml
  • 150gm FFM Parmegiano Reggiano Wheels - 1kg
  • 200gm Swiss Air Dried Beef Salami - 1kg
